Can any other girls out there relate? I have a strange relationship with my dad.(Nothing freaky or anything like that) He has always been there for me, always helped me through the tough times, always been my rock, my protector, and my friend. At the same time, he always had a drinking problem when I was growing up, and though he never phsically abused us, he was always verbally abusive. As I got older, he got worse. When my husband got murdered, my dad was the first one there beside me, to hold my hand, a shoulder to cry on, lets face it, he is what held me together. Now my daughters and I live with him and my mom, and even though I know he loves us, and he does whatever he can for us, he is still extremely abusive to me, and often does it in front of my kids, which greatly upsets them. I know the ideal solution would be to move, but right now, we can't. How do I get him to understand that I love him so much my heart aches, but that at the same time, he is killing me inside? HELP!

Okay, I have pretty much established that my co-worker, Bob, may be interested in me. He is jealous of Adam (he doesn't work with us - but we have the same crowd) whom I told him I like. He said "there are other guys" and my friend said - he means HIM.
So, if he's interested in me, how do I snag him? I suck as this stuff and quite frankly, when Bob is close to me, I go numb. A lot of girls are really sexy with him, but I'm nonchalant and my friend says that drags him in. How can I keep being me, but be flirty and get him to do something?!?! Ideas please. I can't explain how much he is making my brain hurt...

I am 16 years old and this summer i flew alone from Spokane, Washington to Anchorage, Alaska to be a live in Nanny. The kids are 1 1/2 year old twins. One of which has numerous food allergies and other health problems. At the moment i am not being paid anything. I was given $20 to buy some souvenirs 2 weeks ago, but that did not last long. I am supposed to watch the kids all day, getting them up/dressed in the morning, even when both parents are home, and I am in charge of feeding them and taking them on walks. When company comes over i am apparently in charge of their kids as well. And somewhere in there i must have agreed to being the housekeeper as well (I didn't). My sister is telling me to get the hell out of here before she has to come and get me, but i am not the kind of person that could just pick up and go, especially since the father is going on a month long business trip in 2 weeks. Please help me, they want me to come back next summer as well and i don't know what to say!

My boyfriend of seven years and fiance of one year has told me that he is going to break up with me when I go back to school, which is in less than two months. My parents are coming to visit my wife and I in a month before I go to Iraq for awhile.
They will only be here for 4 days but I dont know what to do with them! I dont want them to be bored.
