hey I hate it too, I have all boys and some of my boys are wanting to wear their pants that way, but I wont allow it.. but I am curious to know why they want to do this.

I don't wear them....but I have fun with them...
usually I'm walking with my friends...and spot some guy wearing saggy pant...
I say out loud, "This is how you look like after getting your butt kicked"...
mostly those guys pull up their pants
