my step kids are in a battle with their first step mom and their dad, she was full custdy of them and now she has visitation rights. she said that i am a bad mother and that is not true i have two little ones and all she wants is money. she has put the kids in the middle of it. The first set of papers are dated in april and the second set is dated may and the last set is july. I just want to know if there is a time frame of when they are dated to when they are served. she also had her sister-in-law give them to me.PLEASE respond i need the help

my boyfriend is white and i am a black female. i have been datin outside my race for years. my current boyfriend is awesome and we are in love. i feel he is the one for me and everybody knows that. all of my friends except her who is suppose to be one of my best friends, had alot of bad things to say about my relationship to my other best friend. why isnt she happy for me like everybody else is? i have no clue what could be goin on. in my past relationships where i was with bad guys that made me unhappy she seemed like she was glad i was with them, but this one time in a long time that i have actually found someone who truely loves me for me, she had so much bad **** to say, and then she throws her 3 year relationship up in my face that she has with her boyfriend. i take personal measures and told my boyfriend about what happened and he told me she isnt really my friend if its like that. could this be race related? but she should be used to me dating white guys by now.

I cant seem to get anything right 6 months ago my wife handed me papers that said I had two days to leave so I left I was very angry and it was over my anger and drinking we have 4 children been married 8 years July 25 I never hit her but i was verbally abusive at times. In the last 6 months I have sought counselling have been going to AA and have 60 days straight my temper is gone dont even get mad at work. I have done everything I can thing of to show her how much I love her I helped her move by myself I look after the kids so she can go away i walked 5 miles in a downpour to give her child support money. but whenever I talk about us or my feelings she jumps all over me screaming at me and telling me its always about me and how much I havent changed even sober. but she wont give me a divorce And I wont give up on my family. sometime she gets mad and says it is over other times she says that it isnt. right now she is totally mad at me and im not allowed to talk to her for 3 weeks arg

So my girlfriend got her tongue pierced. It ended up being crooked and she took it out. I told her at least 3 times that I'd take her back to the place to get her money back and she told me "It's not about the money". Then some guy she works with, who she isn't even friends with, told her he'd take her and yell at the people and get her money back, and not only did she say she'd go with him, she called me all happy about it and didn't understand why I got mad at that. Back me up or knock me down, did I have the right to be mad?
