Okay then if a partner says there falling in love then things can change, right and if the person feels comfortable around you and know one else is this a good sign. How do you know if a guy is telling the truth when they say there in love

"I'm falling in love" means you aren't ready to make a real commitment to the person. You're still scared of the rejection associated with a statement as strong as "I'm in love." Sometimes people say they are falling in love when, really, they just feel pressure from the other person in the relationship to say "I love you," but they aren't there.
Being in love means you have made a real commitment to that one person - there is an implied form on monogomy in the statement. It shows trust as well as passion.

Falling in love is that scary, butterfly, everything-is-so-romantic feeling. Being in love is when you're comfortable enough to admit that you feel that way toward someone. It's kinda nice.
