You hear men say personality is so important, but is that true? Women work so hard to improve there looks or accentuate their assets. I have never known of a woman getting a personality makeover. I am not saying a personality is not important, but when you are at a party and a guy is looking at you from accross the room, is he really checking out your personality. Guys go for looks, and than stick around if the personality fits. If you aren't looking for love, want a one-night-stand, or you want to impress your friends, which is more important looks or personality?

Everyone wants to believe that people can change but what is the reality of it all and is it possible? If someone hasn't learned at this point, do you even consider giving them another shot to change if this time they seem sincere and are willing to seek the professional help that they need? or is this just the kind of cycle where they repent now and then fall back into their bad habits later once things are comfortable again? I dont mean to ask so many questions but they all fall within the same context of people and whether or not it is really possible to change...any thoughts and/or experiences are welcomed...thanx:)

well the other day, my mom had a cookout, and invited some people, its was all cool an erthing, but after she had a couple of rum, and mudslides(alchohol) she started 2 dance(she can barely dance anymore since she's almost 50), then everybody was just watching, and cheering her on. they thought it was a fun moment, but 4 me it wasn't, it was soooooo embarassing, expecially when they wanted me 2 dance with her. she ruined my night.!
am i the only person who's been this embarssed by a family member?

Hi I have been friends with this guy for about 9 years (we share the same group of friends), we slept together a few times last summer then he pushed me away so I backed off. We just recently started sleeping together again, this time he is not pushing me away and things seem different this time. I want to pursue a relationship with him, but I'm not sure if he is interested, and I'm scared to death to find out. I'm afraid that if he says no, then that will have a strain on our friendship. Is it a good idea to approach him with this? I'm taking it slow, and we are friends, but now when I call him, or if I call him every 4 or 5 days or so, I feel I may be pushing it a little. I need advise? Should I pursue this, and how can I tell if he is interested first before pursuing it so it doesn't put a strain on our friendship? We have pretty hot sexual sessions together, and he is very intense in the bedroom, but not sure if that means anything or not? Please help me!

im married with korean man(i was 23)..almost 2 years we fighting a lot..after married i found my husband not care enough and scold me a lot even im not wrong..never say sorry..i founf he sent some short message n picture to another woman last 5 months ago..i ask him to end it up...he end ed it but he said to that woman that he have to end it bcause her mother doesnt like her..not bcause his married(what a silly reason)..he just do what he want..even we never go to movies after 2 years ..we live together with parents in law..with complicated korean culture...he didnt want to move out..im so lonely n feel not being loved..even on my b'day he didnt give any kiss and i have to ask him to buy me a b'day cake....when we r not fighting everything seems ok...but inside my heart im very dissapoint...what should i do?this not what im looking for from my marriage..
