I was with a girl for last 7 years. We have not physical relationship we are just friends. I had promised her for marry but now I want to back out because my parents are not agree on her. What should I do? How I tell her? I had tried to tell her the situation but she says she loves me and can’t live without me. good friends with a girl...dated 2 months then we talked and decided to just leave it as friends
so now its been about a year later and me, her, and 2 of my guy friends are at disney land...a few days later she calls me saying how she "just felt like one of the guys"...i told her "you are, what else would you like to be?"
she she said that she thought i would have walked with her as she went to the restroom and waited outside and things like that...i told her most other girls im friends with would hit me if i did something like that
my guy friends say i said the truth "you arent dating her, she is one of the guys"
my other friends that are girls agreed that they would hit me if i ever followed them to the restrooms

i really thought she'd stay a good friend...i dont care if im dating her i just want to keep good friends, is it time to move on or do you think i can recover this friendship?
