Bubbles, aren't you the lucky one ! I live in New Zealand where it is only 4c at the moment and snowing !
I would give anything to be in a heatwave in the UK right now. Try and find somewhere, where there is air-conditioning, if all else fails head down to your local pub and keep up that fluid intake.

I'm in England also, and yes we are all mad here - but in a good way.
I like the hot weather, but I'd rather be somewhere I could really enjoy it. I'm in my office with fan on me, which is keeping me from getting too hot. Also drinking lots of water from the water-cooler.
I hear they may be thunder tonight so enjoy the weather while it holds

How hot is it? It has been in the upper ninetys where I live in Missouri. I drink alot of water and spend as much time as possible on my front porch swing with a fan blowing on me. It's the best of both worlds. I hate to be couped up inside the house in the AC.

I hate the heat. The heatwave sucks. Have a few cool showers or swim. Drink loads of cold stuff and sit in front of a fan

England is never Hot. If you want to feel some real heat just visit some parts of Amazon or africa. After that will feel a lot cooler in ENGLAND.

Drink lots of fluid, bring out ur skimpy dresses!
& feel lucky u r not here with me in New Delhi.
U ppl roasting?
We're boiling in the humidity.
Only real thing 2 take care of is temperature shocks.
Don't go straight out of an AC office on to the road, or vice versa, let ur body adjust.

The easiest way is to drink cool water throughout the day and put a cool wet handcloth on the back of your neck from time to time. Really!
