good friends with a girl...dated 2 months then we talked and decided to just leave it as friends
so now its been about a year later and me, her, and 2 of my guy friends are at disney land...a few days later she calls me saying how she "just felt like one of the guys"...i told her "you are, what else would you like to be?"
she she said that she thought i would have walked with her as she went to the restroom and waited outside and things like that...i told her most other girls im friends with would hit me if i did something like that
my guy friends say i said the truth "you arent dating her, she is one of the guys"
my other friends that are girls agreed that they would hit me if i ever followed them to the restrooms

i really thought she'd stay a good friend...i dont care if im dating her i just want to keep good friends, is it time to move on or do you think i can recover this friendship?

Wake up and smell the coffee. She wants more than friendship. She wants you for a boyfriend. If you cannot give that too her then you need to end the friendship.

Good luck!

it didn't sound like you did anything wrong. girl or no girl, weather you feel she's one of the guys or not. what ever reaction you may have had in the first place to her wanting to go to the washroom, why is that nessasary? if you are friends, did she feel that the other guys should of gone with her to the wash room as well? i would question her on her expectation. it sounds like she still has some feelings other then friendship looming around. tell her how much you value her friendship and feel that is what is most important and how glad you are they you were able to work through what happened in the past and remained friends and hope that you can do the same with this situation if she tells you that she is still interested. maybe she just wanted some extra attention from you and that was all. maybe it didn't mean much to her to be romantic, but to get some extra attention. i guess it depends on if she was upset if she was considered, "one of the guys" or happy about it.

This is strange behavior. If she's gonna hang out with the guys, without any other girls, then she needs to deal with some of what that means, like going to the bathroom and back alone.

I'm with the responder that recommended doing nothing for now. Give this a few days and see what happens.

i dont think there is anything to it........or the signs are not clear.......you guys went out for 2 months that still makes you guys way closer then you would be with any other friend who was a girl...... maybe she's not expecting anything she might have felt a bit left out or weird with your friends so you being the only one she knows would accompany her

I think you can recover it, I think I 100% agree with your friends that say if she's not dating you than she's one of the guysbut it seems to me that she doesn't want to be treated as one of the guys she wants to be your girlfriend. If you don't want to be her boyfriend then just tell her that straight up.

For a while at least I think I would move on, until she gets the message.

she seems undecided.
if you sincerely like her you should try to romance her.
she hasn't found a new guy yet, so there is hope for you two to be together.
be nice to her, she likes you.
