Use a lot of lube, or anal ease, which has a numbing agent in it. Go slowly. You may have to try different positions to see how it will go in easiest for you. Some women find it does by laying on their back with legs up. Make sure you are relaxed, maybe try it after regular sex and then just enjoy!
