Ive been in this relationship for over three years, we're both in our early twenties.I really love him, but over the years we've always fought when he started saying that he missed being "free", and that he would like to be with other girls, i'm not what he wants and that he's wasting his youth with me, that he doesn't do many things cause he knows i'll get mad at him...(these things consist of him blowing me off and going off to parties or whatever where he doesn't want to take me 'cause his girl friends are gonna be there), and when he won't hang out with me and my family because he doesn't feel comfortable, but then he would say that he really likes to be with me and that he knows it'll be hard to find someone like me. But then, as we are breaking up cause of all this, he says that the problem is that he can't trust me, that i'm a liar and that he wanted to believe that i loved him. He thinks i was faking. But i swear i'm not! Is he making excuses to get away or could it be true?

ok so me and my bf went out for 7 months...school ended, over the summer vacation, bcuz we lived far apart and other reasons, we decided we shouldnt be as serious, he said he wanted an open relationship, and i didnt...so i broke up with him...we talked abt it more, decided that we should just go on a break for all of summer and when school started we would see what we wanted to do. anyways he is back in the city for summer classes...and i went to see him...i really like him and i want to be with him, but he doesnt want to be together, claiming he needs space. anyways the last time we hung out-- sex came up, and basically i didnt want to cuz we werent "together" and he basically doesnt see it that way, and he says he doesnt want to be in a relationship for just sex...which is totally true. he says neither of us is seeing anyone else and we will get back together anyway so we shud just .so anywayz cuz im a f'n idiot it happened.

I am probably going to file for divorce real soon from my husband. We have been married for almost 2 years. No one in my family has ever been divorced so I can't turn to them for advice. How do I make sure I get our 2 cats and dog? How do I make sure I get my house? I bought this house 3-4 years ago before we were married. Mine is the only name on the deed. I just want him to walk away, take his belongings and be done with it. I won't ask for any money or anything. I just really want to make sure I get the pets since I am much more suited to care for them than he is. All bills are in my name, I pay for my own car, etc. Any advice??? I want to make this as cheap and easy as possible.

I am really depressed right now, cause my parents after putting me and my brother through 5 years of argueing and 'separations' have finally filed for a divorce. my dad has moved out to a flat 5 mins drive away, and i barely get to see him now a days, the running right now is 2 weeks, i really miss him, and now my mum is constanly argueing with me, i do one little thing and she'll have a go at me for like an hour. it seriously gets me down, and i cant help but defend myself, a friend has told me that i should just be quiet and not argue back.i really don't know what to do anymore! help

i just found out that my sister-in-law has been spreading a rumor that i slept with my husband's best friend. i didn't (in case you're wondering) and i was really hurt by this. my husband works away from home every other week and he's gone this week. i told him, but there's nothing he can do from where he is. also, she just got out of jail, but she's probably going back soon and my husband and i have custody of her kids. i think that might be why she resents me. anyway, she's coming over today to watch fireworks. how should i handle this situation? should i confront her? what would you do?

It's probably a stupid question but I don't know the answer to it so... I'm a married woman. Been married for about 9 months. I love my husband but I am IN love and have never stopped being IN love with my first love. Him and I had an off and on relationship for the past five years til finally i had enough and got married to my current husband. The problem is that I still keep in contact with my first love. We talk all the time and he knows that I love him and i know that he loves me.
