I sit down and close my eyes. I begin to identify every sound I hear. The cat purring, the clock ticking, the trees rustling, the birds singing, the dryer thumping, etc. whatever you hear, name it. Silently name these sounds over and over until your mind is free of the cause you were stressed about. This gives your mind a rest which in turn rests your nervous system. This won't make the bad stuff go away, but it will give you an inner peace to handle what steps you need to take and will help calm you down. Try it, you'll like it.

have sex is best, but some peolpe at that moment may not feel that will relieve u stress..or hard to find one to have some ..u could do what ever u think fit u better or easy for u to do.
A..u could have Sex!.
B..have a big argument really loud.
C. get DRunk.

the exchange of o2 is what relaxes the brain....all the chemical changes that happen when we are angry or stressed can be relieved by o2...
so walk, work, or breathe..it really works!!

i clean, weed{ooohhhh i like to weed...aggressively!!! rip those suckers out!!} walk, or get into a good tickling match with the 8 and 6 year old!!!

I like to Stamp. I make my own greeting cards with Rubber Stamps.. Any hobbies should do the trick?
