i like hair down, it shows their true beauty.... i think it's amazing when a girl has flowing hair that can glisten slightly beneath any sort of light. I love a girl wearing her hair down. About the flirtatiousness, well, I would say settle for a happy medium, don't be too flirtatious, but don't be too mysterious.

Like girls with hair down, but occasionally looks sexy when they tie it up, in a kinda i dont need to try to be sexy kind of way.
And i think i like flirty, rather than mysterious though when you're girlfriend is flirting with others it is not cool.

Depends on what you think of the girl. If you already know and like her then flirty. If you dont then mysterious.
Up or down depends on the shape of your face and neck and the length of your hair.
