my b-day is June 27th and I was wondering what exactly I could do cause I'm not gunna have a wack little party.

My daughter recently left an emotionally troubled marriage. She has two young children and her ex is telling lies about her to anyone who will listen. He also stalks her, even going as far as hiding in the bushes outside her new place and watching her.
She left him because of his control issues and all they did was fight. She didn't want the children to grow up thinking that this was what a marriage was all about. Now he is saying she was cheating and is nothing but a **** and a whore.
There was never a question of infidelity but he won't accept her word and just keeps on and on making her life as miserable as possible.
What is her best recourse?

I have a daughter with my ex and he hasn't seen her since she was born 6 months ago. What could be going through his head that he wouldn't do anything to try to get to see her? I don't understand how anyone could do something like that. It would taking nothing short of a court order to keep me from seeing my little girl. See here is part of the deal. We were going to get married till I got pregnant and then he changed. I was 6 months pregnant when we broke up and he said he wanted to be a part of her life. He didn't see me again till I had her and begged to be in the delivery room. He even said he was saving up money to help me pay the medical bills. A few weeks after she was born I asked if he was going to help out and he said if I had a job then I could pay the bills myself. I haven't even spoken to him in 4 months. I really think he is avoiding us to try and keep from having to pay child support.

my mom and step dad are fighting on there anniversity and its about my dad.. and my dad hates my step dad and so do i ....should i step up and say something or stay sitting bc if i say something my mom will take away everything i have..fone,tv,and computer and i live off them and i go outside..but other wise if i dont say something i live with sitting around and thinkin about my mom and step dad calling my dad a f**k face and well i just over heard them fighting and saying these things!... my dad is better then them any day!!... i wish i could live with him then living with my f**kin.. richish / sl*t mom and f**king critic step dad!!!!!!!!!!... plz help

ummm... well you see i don't wet the bed i just like to wear diapers and pee in them. Is that like a problem? if it is what should i do? cause that is weird don't you think. I'm not asking in any effect to my own situation, but more curious as to what people think about. Some people tend to think that living together before marriage causes a high divorce rate and is just a bad idea. I took the advice to approach her and ask causually if she has a b/f and yes she does, but here is thing she constantly tells me how bad her relationship is and that she doesn't trust him because he lives next door to his ex.
