There are many possibilities to your question, but dreaming of a guy is not going to magically make the dream come true. You are the only person who can make your dreams a reality. Maybe these dreams are telling you something, like you two could be great together. If you dont find out for yourself you will always wonder if these dreams could have been a reality. I would suggest to stop wondering if he dreams of you and to bluntly ask him on a date. I know this is difficult for most, so maybe asking him to lunch would do. If you are younger you can get a friend to ask one of his friends if he likes you, if you are older we dont have that privelage.
