I took the advice to approach her and ask causually if she has a b/f and yes she does, but here is thing she constantly tells me how bad her relationship is and that she doesn't trust him because he lives next door to his ex. In addition while at work she defends me in front of other peoples opinion about how unfair management is towards me. This without a doubt is a sign that she likes me. What should I do serious answers please thanks?

Wait. Saying anything about her current relationship is a bad idea because it could be taken very badly and it comes of as rude. If her relationship is bad then she will end it soon enough. If by bad you mean abusive that is the only time you should say something to her about it. Just give it some time and when she becomes avaliable ask her out on a nice date. Good Luck to you

As a girl, I think it's really a sign that she likes you as a really good friend and as a good listener. Since she's already in a relationship (good or bad), wait until she's single again before making your move, or wait for her to make the first move. No matter who initiates, don't be with her while she's got a boyfriend no matter how much of a jerk he is. She has to decide on her own and you'll have to respect that.

well i guess that what she is saying to you is this that she wants you to know that she is in a bad relationship and that if you would ask her out she would probably dump the other guy she is not happy with. becareful in these situations, because it could be that she will do the same thing to you down the line, she just maybe the type and maybe she is really unhappy in the relationship. im just saying some girls like to play those kind of games. i dont know this one personally so just watch and be careful you dont get hurt.

Ask her if the relationship is so bad then why do u stay with with him. Then tell her that she doesn't deserve to be treated badly she deserves a nice guy like ur self to treat her right and to make her happy. Always tell her everyday her how pretty she looks or how good her perfume smells. That may give her the clue that u like her. Buy her some flowers send them to her secretly

dont go by words of her if she defends ,thts not d sign tht she likes u.if her bf lives next 2 ex then whr is he wrong.if she entered in relation she shd have trust on him.n remember 1 thg tht wen u clap ur both hands r required 2 to clap not only 1 is responsible 4 tht ,both r equally responsible.let some time pass n by passage of time u will realise urself k.

Well you should talk to her and see if she wants to be with you if yes than you should tell her she should brake up with her boyfriend and than you two can go out. But don't tell her in a bad way talk to her very sweet and try to understand her too. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!
