Well, I celebrated my 18th birthday in Air Force basic training (boot camp) in Texas. But, anywho! LOL. I would suggest a pool party. Do you have a neighborhood pool that you could rent out. That would be fun. You could have start in the early evening. Have some grills fired up, volleyboll, card games, dancing of course. Or, if pools are not your thing, I would rent out a hall and have a party there, with a good dj. You could throw a theme party. Perhaps you could charge everyone $1 and donate the money to a good cause, or someone you know that is down on their luck. Invite anyone and everyone. Even the dorks and nerds. At your age, everyone wants to be and feel included. Please don't act like those trifling hoochie mama's on "My Super Sweet Sixteen." Have fun and be yourself. And, congratulations on starting the next chapter of your life.

enjoy your first day of being an official adult. Stay out late. Go crusing with friends. Get your drink on.

Dinner, then a trip to visit the big house - any screw-ups and you'll see firsthand where you'll end up.
