US beekeepers have been stung in recent months by the mysterious disappearance of millions of bees threatening honey supplies as well as crops which depend on the insects for pollination…
This winter, in more than 20 states, beekeepers have noticed that their honeybees have mysteriously vanished, leaving behind no clues as to their whereabouts. There are no telltale dead bodies either inside colonies or out in front of hives, where bees typically deposit corpses of dead nest mates.
What's more, the afflicted colonies tend to be full of honey, pollen and larvae, as if all of the workers in the nest precipitously decamped on some prearranged signal.
Beekeepers are up in arms last month, leaders in the business met with research scientists and government officials in Florida to figure out why the bees are disappearing and how to stop the losses. Nobody had any answers…

I work in a frame shop and yea I'm a little bit of an environmentalist. I've changed all the light bulbs except the one in the fridge pretty much...if they made eco friendly fridge lights...yea I would changed that one too! lol.
In the fram shop I'm constantly keeping scraps of glass or mats and using them from other pieces of art work for out customers. It's not a bad thing, it's brand new and I place different material in different drawers. My old manager thought I was a little silly..but I was also saving the shop money so she didn't care.
My new manager however never even bothered to ask me about the material and threw away at least 700 bucks worth of scraps into the trash! She came to me and basically said global warming doesn't exist, and that it's all a scam. I personally believe global warming is a problem, but I've never mentioned my beliefs to her at all. Plus I was saving the shop money!! What would you have done? Do you think Global warming is an issue or just con

The amount of charge a battery holds depends on the surface area of the plates in the battery. The sheet metal and frame of a car have a lot of surface area. If the two materials that make up a battery were sandwiched together into body panels, could you get a lot more storage without taking up passenger and cargo space?

If cars hitched up to each other (say 4 cars) and only the lead car was turned on, how many fewer gallons of gas would it take to move the 4 cars 100 miles than if they drove themselves. Assume each car gets 30mpg on their own.

2 + 2 = 4 all agree
6-2 = 4 all agree

Point of View 1:

GOD Created Earth and heaven, and placed man in charge of all beasts and set rules of what is Sin, What is Good, What is Bad?, and when the Sin of men reach a certain point the apocalypse will come and Seas will rise, famine will be there, disease will spread and all humanity will end.

Point of View 2:

Earth was created over 5 billion years ago by fluke of nature and chance humanity is currently in greatest number on earth. And Humanity has reached a point where it is causing global warming and if not stopped we will reach a point the Oceans will rise, famine will be there, disease will spread and all humanity will end.
Peace.
