Get you about 3- 5 years experience then go to law school and specialize in environmental law.

If you graduate near the top of your class, you will make more money than you can shake in a fist.

You should be guided by what interests and excites you.

Some of the courses that I benefited most from were:
Soils
Environmental Engineering
Marine Ecology

In my jobs, I often found myself working with engineers, and I really learned a lot from those experiences.
