i learned at physics that the ice has a larger volume than water and as i know the largest amount of ice in the polar ice caps is situated under the water so in my oppinion by melting it will result in a drop of the sea level not a rise...tell me what do you think

Most of you on this forum probably weren't even alive during the 1970's so I will update you. During the 1970's the same scientist were predicting the next ice age during the next 20 years. Later on it was acid rain. After that it was power lines give you cancer. After that it was an ozone hole and we all would have skin cancer by the year 2000. Global warming is the latest scare tactic from a long line of failed scare tactics

Hello I live in central Oregon and we have over a foot of snow on the ground. Its march first and Its snowing again. I have never seen it this cold or snowy this late. I think we are going back into another ice age.

i need to design a product that will stabilize shorelines and reduce
the erosion effects of wave action. build a working model of your erosion control, in this i must onclude water with waves striking the shore at differnt angles. the model must visibly demonstrate wave actions. i do know how to make the actual model but, how would i make the machine that makes the waves? ive seen it on bill nye but i forget what eppisode that it is on....
