Rural people and urban workers are maintaing mobile phones but why these people not aware of health and hygine ? why these people use public places as toilets? They are ready to know the technologies but their habbits are not changing why?

India is no shinning state. Too many poor people, about 70 percent. Too many under or uneducated, about 60 percent. Too many people stuck in the old system that allows women to be treated like livestock. Most places don't have potable water. The infrastructure is a mess. India has a long way to go before it can shine.

No doubt on shining of India. there are plenty of indications. increasing stock exchange value, more foreign direct investment towards india, knowledge power, human resource potential, improving human development index, sex ratio, military power, number of remote sensing satellites and so on.
but still we have bear some grey areas such as highest aids patients, more molnutrition among childrens, 25 crore peoples under BPL, 25o million peoples under illiterate consditions, increasing disease prevalance and others.
if we over take all these, we will be shining above over all other nations in our earth.

People have no civic sense. Such stuff is allowed in our country because of the casual 'hota hai, chalta hai' attitude of the people.
