Well, to start off, I was popular pretty much my whole life. I play soccer, am in the top 10%, and well, guys think I am hot. I am scared, though that everything will change my freshman year. What should I do to make sure people still like me? Just talk to the Freshmen people so the upper-classmen don't pick on me? Ugh. This is just really scary for me. Also, should I stop being so outgoing, because I am not the shy type. I am scared the seniors and juniors will make fun of me or something.

im 17, and dropped out of high school awhile back. I went to take the pre-test for the GED exam today. I got a 330, and you supposed to get atleast a 410 on the pre-test. I feel like giving up. The only reason I want to get my G.E.D. is so I can enlist in the USAF. I feel like I am too stupid to continue. I still have 3/5 tests to take to complete the pretest. Should I just go ahead and finish it out and see how I do as a whole?

I never really wanted anything but to go to Uni.
But I fell out of love with my subjects (in Aus, you get to choose and i chose a maths/science pathway)
At the moment my average is 50%.
On the boarderline.

I have tutors, supportive teachers, I just dont know how to bring up my average :(
I used to be an A student and so I never used to worry the what ifs.

I just want to know that if I failed highschool, its not the end of the world.

ughh so i just got my report card today and rather disappointed. Is a 3.84 GPA good? there are like 20 people in my class who are all tied for number one because they have 4.0's. I would be fine if it was like 3.9 something. It was all because of my stupid freshman year and i got a C in history and a couple B's. This year i tried really hard to get straight A's and I did. I'm entering my junior year next year. How much could my GPA go up if i got straight A's junior & senior year? I just feel soo dumb now, is this okay for good colleges? I hope i do good on my ACTs next year too >.<

I'm a freshman at a preparatory school nd i want 2 leave next year. Its a pretty good school but i'm struggling there. The academics are great but i can't seem to do well cuz it's an all boys school and i'm not used 2 it at all. It feels pretty wierd and its a difficult atmosphere to work in.

Also the uniforms are uncomfortable and I cant work well in them either. I found a really great high school (Ridgewood High in NJ) where i want to go but i live in Clifton which is about 10 mi/ 20 min away. I don't like the highschool in clifton at all since it is way 2 overcrowded and sucks in academics so i wanna go 2 one in a different town. And yea i'm willing 2 go dat far 4 a great highschool. Please help me! thnx
