My brother's cellphone was stolen from school today. He's writing exams and it's school policy not to allow students to keep their phones on them, to prevent cheating. They have a "system" where the device gets a stick-on label with the student's name on it, gets signed in and is put in a box which is supposedly supervised by the teacher. Once the exam was over, the phone was missing, meaning someone signed out 2 handsets.
I do not blame my brother, as he was simply following school rules...
My question is, should i hold the teacher/school responsible, as someone was obviously negligent?

Im a freshman in high school and i have a speech problem . I cant pronunce my "r"s or "sh"s . The is a big problem for me, i isolate myself from people i dont know well because of this. I have no idea what exactly my problem is ,except the fact that i say my SH and R wrong and when talking to people i mix up words .Any ways of fixing this without help of a pricey book or a speech therapist?

I am planning a campaign to sell a type of technology for the classroom to principals for their teachers...and I need a catchy Christmas saying for the subject line to grab their attention. I've been homeschooling about two years and really hate it. I've been thinking about public school, but I know all the people that I would be going to school with, and.....well.....don't really want to have to deal with them again. I'd love to go someplace where I wouldn't just be the loner/weird/geek girl. My mom suggested boarding school. I'm not sure if I like the idea, but it does sound interesting.
