I've got to do a speech tomorrow that's got to be over 3 minutes long. I'm a HUGE procrastinator though. I haven't really done anything. I'm not really scared right now even though I should be. Anybody got a story of when they procrastinated and ended up failing, emarassing themself while presenting, or something similar. I'm a straight A student an pretty shy so that's sure to scare me =)

I'm looking for statistics on how much money certain books have grossed at certain times and am wondering if there is somewhere I can find them. It is for a Data Management (Statistics) project and I am trying to prove that certain movies raised the demand for the books they were based on.

Do you think that grammar, spelling and the structure of written langauges, in this case English are suffering with the Internet?

Those of us who went to school before Microsoft et al, grew up writing in exercise books with a teacher closely monitoring our mistakes. Today, children seem to be learning bad grammar online with nobody to point out the errors (just look at some of the questions here).

What do you think will happen when they reach university?

My application form for the college I'm going to is almost complete. But I haven't decided which of the 2 I'm going to take. I enjoy studying Pscychology. I am very much interested with it esp child pscyhology. But I heard so much cons about it. I heard that it's really hard to find a job without a Master's degree or PhD. I am not planning to get either of that because I am planning to go to Dental School and I just want to get a Bachelor's degree of something I will enjoy studying and a degree that can give me a good-paying job (temporarily) to provide finacially and not stressful enough for my dental schooling.

However, I am having second thoughts with Nursing. It's very in-demand. There are so many nurses being hired! It pays good. But as what I always observe from my mom, it's very tiring and stressful both physically and mentally.

I hope 'you' get what I'm trying to say. Please help me with this. Thanks!
