Well, i'm a partner in EN101, EN101 is an online language learning centre.
You can learn or improve your English, Spanish, Russian, Chinese and Latvian language.
EN101 uses audio technology in their lesson so your daughter would be learning language by reading, hearing and speaking.
It is very effective, and to buy an account for 1 year is $129, which is about less than $0.40 a day. Learn wherever you like as long as you can go on the internet, study at your own time, you do not have to rush to attend any lessons because lessons can be done at home.
here is a free demo site, check it out...

By doing it correctly yourself. Example:
Your sentence should read, "How do I encourage my daughter to speak proper English?"
As to not correcting her in public, hogwash. Correct her any time she makes a mistake. Just be careful not to make her feel as if she's being put-down.

The best way to get good at a language is to have to use the language. English Tv, Radio, and playmates.

It's useful if she hears more English. One good way is to read a book to her.

you need to stimulate her mind with more than just the tv - read to her at night and let her choose and read some of the words herself

You speak correctly and correct her (but not in public) whenever she errs.
