Information on calling someone in Italy from Wisconsin?

Ok, here's the thing, I live in Wisconsin, and a friend of mine from online lives in Italy. We really want to call each other to talk, so Id like some info on like how much it would cost, what the cheapest way is, if you call somehow call from online, etc. thanx!

Hi there! I live in Italy and one of my best friends happens to live in Wisconsin. She owns a business in Brookfield (Reina Intl Auto).

All you have to do is the following to call directly to Italy:
1.) Dial 011 (that's the intl code to dial outside USA)
2.) 39 (Italy's country code)
3.) the full phone number
Here's an example: 011-39-123456789.

The cheapest way to call is through SKYPE...just 1.2 cents a minute!

Call the operator and tell her you want to call Italy. She can dial the number or give you dialing instructions.

go to www.tel3.com.you can see the list of price i think it's like 3 or 4 cents per minute it is really cheap, try also raza.com. and i also heard that thru vonage telephone line u can make unlimited phone calls to europe and canada for flat rate every month guess for $25 or something check on line.
