Need help with Foreign 4-Year University Diploma?

Fiancee just came to united states from Panama and needs to find out if she can use her 4-Year University diploma here to work in the bank. Will she have to take extra courses in order to re-assure its validity?

It depends on the degree, from where it was issued, and the place that she seeks employment.

You can do 2 things. Apply to some places and then see what happens when she presents her degree, or go to the bank where you are a customer. Ask to speak with the bank manager and explain the situation. That person could probably advise you or point you in the right direction. Who knows; maybe she could even get a job out of it!
