Quite honestly, I think that all schools everywhere should have a policy on every student wearing school uniforms. THAT is the only way to solve at least one of the many problems in schools. Sorry. I know that is not the answer you are looking for. But it is the truth! Why should a kid whose parents can't afford the "best" be teased by the do gooders of society because their parents can afford whatever their child wants? If everyone wears the same thing in school, the problem will be solved. Correct?

The dress codes in school are a way to keep discipline and avoid distraction. If the hottest cheerleader in your school came to school wearing a tube top that just barely covered the essentials, how many teenaged boys in her class would really pay attention to the teacher?

Don't know that those dress codes are unfair at all. Show a little class when dressing, don't be showing your everything in class.
