what are the best universites in the U.S. to study the Korean language and culture?

I speak, read, and write Korean. I am at a 12th grade level in only one year. however my teacher was the US Army Defense Language Inststute.

maybe the university of hawaii?
i dont think other unis in the states offer korean studies as a major.
(or rather, last time i checked through collegeboard, i couldn't find any)

sydney uni offers it though. haha.. if you're willing to travel across half the globe just to study korean language and culture.
