Does anyone know of any services that allow you to call internationally for really cheap? i heard of something like TDI or IDT or something i dont really know but my phone bill is too much and i need to find a cheaper way to call the Phillipines. PLEASE HELP!!!

Call them by a computer connection using Skype. My parents use it all the time because my cousins live in the philipenes.
(Skype is the cheapest alot better than phonecards)

I use international calling cards when I call my best friend (who currently lives in the Netherlands). The prices vary, but you can usually fiund good deals on them.
