Oh man! You don't hear of that every day. Is it important? If it's important, maybe you should talk to him about it. Maybe he didn't realize that he did it. I'm sure if you just ask him, he's not going to have to kill you because you've uncracked his secret plan of world domination (or at least I hope not. I had this one professor where that may have been true!)

I really need more information to best answer your question, but your prof is probably not plagiarizing.
Teachers often get information to teach you with from all kinds of sources. Unless your prof told you it was an original work, they are probably just giving you information to learn from.
If it is plagiarizing, then bring the proof you found to your principal or dean (depending on what type of education institution this is at).

Let the Ethics Board know. You can do this anonymously by letter. Copy the Chair of the Department. Make sure that you have proof, the original document or source. To do otherwise would ruin a person's career and life. I would not let ANYBODY know that I did this, you're academic life is also at stake!

Maybe talk to the head of the department and just say that you aren't trying to get anyone in trouble, you just want to make sure that it's legitimate. It could be a sticky situation, depending on how popular this person is.

Why do you believe he plagiarized? Do you have substantial proof? If you do you could either go to him and ask him to explain or go to the Dean and get him in trouble. I would most likely go to the professor first and then depending on his reaction consider going to the Dean after wards.

If he's blatantly stealing someone's work and passing it off as his own, report him to the dean.
