The poster is to make us think about the products we buy and where they come from and who suffers to produce them. A great deal of the clothing and shoes sold in the western world comes from third world countries that allow child labor.

This is a complicated issue, with no simple explanation or solution. Many countries believe that child labor is essential, while many others are totally against it. This site may give a little insight into the issue.

It could also be a Union poster, explaining that here in America with the Union back in the 20's and 30's child labor laws were started and that in other countries they are not instilled to this day.

It is talking about child labour. We pay a fair amount of money for the shoes that we buy when often it will be a young child who has made them for next to no pay at all.

It is about exploiting children in developing countries.

Hope this helps to make it clearer.

It means that many of the products we buy are now made in third world countries, by people working in appalling conditions, for very little money. It's basically suggesting you check where the companies you buy from source goods and try to only buy where those who make the goods are treated fairly.
