Higher Education (University +) - October 2006

i had an appointment at 1pm today with my advisorand i got there and he's in there with someone else!! I waitied but I had enough. I waited around 15 minutes after it was schedualed.

now he wants me to come in when i can't. I need to see him before i can schedual for next semester.....how is it my fault he was with someone else?

So far, I only have my Bachelors...but was hoping to go a bit further. Is it true, that the Bachelors degree, might well be on it's way to being the equivalent of a High school diploma? I'm sure that's an exaggeration, but I have read that more and more employers are wanting people with Masters. What degrees do you have so far?

I am double major in Government & Politics and Families Studies. I want to apply for graduate school because I want to study family policy. I have options. I want to do dual degree, Law degree and master in public policy. OR Law Degree & Master in Social Work. I am not sure what option will help me to focus more on family policy. need some advice or other options.

I want to get my master's degree in education and online classes would be a lot easier for me than going to traditional classes. I keep getting emails from the University of Phoenix, and it looks pretty good but I don't know anybody who has actually received a degree from there. I could use any feedback you can provide!

like making fun of the proffesor, an example would be "If I were the proffesor the for the day I would ____" (fill in the blank w/ something like...pick your work apart, or something to the effect of crappy grading...anything like that, that is funny would be great) 10 pts for best suggestion!

This is the problem guys....
I've got 6 universities MAX to choose from and I can only write one personal statement..I'm defiently not going to apply for one uni.....example: I want to study psychology and counselling at Reohampton Uni (only uni that combines these two coureses in london), BUT there coud be a chance that i might not get in...soooo I may need to look for another course at a different uni like a health and social care course. How do I generalise my personal statement without looking like I'm not sure of what i want to study...

I hope you understand the problem i'm geting, may be it's not a problem...HELP PLEASE

My brother is a board certified radiologist in Eastern Europe. He might move to the United States in the next couple of years. He will probably be residing in NY State at the beginning.
