Michael Sailor of Microstrategy tried to start a free online internet university degree program back in 2000 but was unable to fund the idea due to his company's stock tanking. Has anyone accomplished his (admittedly noble) idea yet?

All the sites I have found say it takes 12 years total of different types of classes to get a job in forensic pathology. Forensic pathologists are physicians who have specialized medical and forensic science training to determine the cause of sudden or unnatural deaths. They are involved in crime investigations and testify as expert witnesses in court. I was wondering if there is any way I can shorten this period by ALOT because I really don't want to have to take that much schooling. Also...if I HAVE to have that much schooling, are there other jobs I can take along the way as I earn degrees. PLEASE RESPOND!!! thanks.

I have been told that it is better to take the LSAT in the spring because the fall version is harder. Supposedly, this is the case because of the high number of students who take it in the fall and also that those students might be deemed as procrastinating.

My friends tell me I shouldn't go to a community college to be a nurse because it takes alot of time there. They say why waste time doing math and long english essays when I can go to a private college just for nursing that can be completed in a short amount of time. What should I do?. Money is also a big issue for me, Which would save me more money or is it just about the same?

I'm planning on transferring next fall. I'm a freshman and I currently commute to Pitt and I want to transfer to a bigger university in Philly, which means living on campus. It would be my sophmore year. Has anyone done this? If so, do you have any advice, as in was it hard to make friends/adjust? I'm just nervous that everyone will already know people and I wont find anyone. What did you do?

Thanks to all that answer.

I'm gonna graduate soon, but I can't decide what to study or what college to go to. I like 'hands-on' work and working with equipment so I thought engineering would be a good option.
Any thoughts or views are appreciated to help me decide.

I'm taking my prereq right now for Nursing. The problem is I'm scared I'm going to get to attached to the patients when I'm finally a nurse. And that would tare me to pieces very quickly.

I mainly want to work with sexual health/stds/stis patients/people. Not so much in a hospital.

Are there any other medical field carrers I should explore before I make the set decision on nursing?

Any input would be wonderful.

How do I cite this source I am using for a research paper? The web address to the site is: http://www.loyno.edu/history/journal/1985-6/doherty.htm
I took many parts of this website and used it in my research paper. I have the sources/ # for each part of this webpage that I used. Since there are multiple authors and sources how do I put this into a citation? I tried using www.citationmachine.net but I could not figure out what this webpage is considered as for a source.
If someone can help me determine how to site this source for a research paper for I would greatly appreciate it! If I don't cite the sources correctly then my professor will consider my paper to be plagiarized! Help please!
