I am writing a report on sleep patterns. And have most of my answers. but I need your help.

To the college students: With juggling work, school, and homework how many hours of sleep would you say you would get a night?

5 and a half hours regularly, I'd say. Sometimes more or less.

It really varies depending on the person you ask. I know a few people that were on the uberman sleep schedule, which consisted of 80 minutes of sleep divided into 20 minute naps. I myself try to get 6 hours, but usually end up around 5-4 hours weekdays and 8 hours week-ends. This actually is really good, when i ask my fellow science majors, they usually only get around 4-3 hours.

That's crazy. I wrote this stupid paper on sleep pattern when I took this stupid human performance psych class. When I was in school I had weird habit of going to bed really late like 2 or 3 in morning get up early like 7 and take short naps later afternoon.

Normally, eight. On a really bad night, five or six (usually a consequence of eating too much sugar or drinking caffeine, not my schedule). Once a month I allow myself a fifteen or sixteen hour sleep recharge.
