I graduated from college back in '88 with a B.A. in English lit. I am now looking to study something more sturdy and checked into an on-line university that wants $494 per credit hour. Am I completely out of the loop or is that the going rate? I prefer to study on-line, as I live in a small town. I am now interested in business accounting to help my and my husband's small business.

I'm about to start the applications process for universities. I've been out of school for 2 years and some odd months by now, so I'm making a checklist of everything I believe important to plan out a roadmap for myself. So far I have:

* School Name
* Location (City, State)
* Application Deadline
* Application Cost
* Essay (Required, Suggested, Not Necessary)
* SAT I (Req, Sug, NN)
* SAT II (Req, Sug, NN)

Is there anything else that anybody would suggest adding to my list? I want to make it as high-level/high-impact as reasonably possible.

Additionally, having been out of school for so long, is there any Universities that would give additional consideration to my application due to this fact?

Thanks

For example, I want to get my Bachelor's in Physical Therapy but I want to get my PhD and Master's in Psychology. Is that "possible" or would I have to get my Bachelor's in Psychology, too?

I just switched my major from electrical engineering to zoology , only problem is I have to wait till next semester to take zoology classes, I changed in the middle of the semester. So now I have 4 engineering only classes and a high level math class that I dont need. Do you think the university will let me drop them this late or something? I'm starting to fall behind in them, and if I don't pass at least 6 units I'll get dropped from financial aid. Also it will hurt my gpa badly. What do I do, I have absolutely no interest in these classes

I think that I REALLY want to do this. I've wanted to for a while and had just kept putting it off. What is a good school for ultrasound? I do NOT want to go to a university. I know where I'm from (RI) theres a 2 year program at RI hospital, but its very hard to get into. I'm even thinkning about moving out of state to get into another program like this. Any ideas?
