I'm fairly sure Law is the most popular course amongst undergraduates in the UK, with 86,133 students accepted this year - although there has been a 7.3% drop from last year.

The UCAS link suggested in a previous answer is a good place to look. You may also want to try The Guardian and Times websites, as they publish their yearly league tables...

Hope that Helps!

Think of a waste of time subject and there is your answer! More people seem to study pointless phoney subjects like Media nowadays as it is easy to get a degree in these subjects. The numbers for Sciences, Maths, Engineering drop every year and this is worrying as we could do with more graduates in these fields.

Catwalk is right Guardian and Times are good. Also try Push guides. There's an article I just wrote on how to choose your uni on The Times site: http://www.timesonline.co.uk/article/0,,3565-2429087,00.html. It's got links to all the other good places.

Media related courses are becoming increasingly popular.

You can find useful info on http://www.ucas.com/instit/index.html

Don't just choose a course for the sake of getting a degree though!
