My lifesaver in high school was finding activities I was passionate about. Once I got involved in the music department, speech team, and the plays and musicals, I had a set of friends who had lots of common interests and it made the rest very bearable. Think about what interests you, and you can probably find a club at school that does it. Or you can even create your own group - just find a trusted teacher to be your sponsor. Best of luck to you!

Find friends and interests outside of school, like hobbies, volunteer work or a part time job. It's good to remind yourself that your life is more than just school, helps keep the bad experiences in perspective.
Also keep in mind that things get a lot better in college...trust me!
Good luck to you, you're not alone.
