Take a deep breath before you start and remember one thing -
You are the only person in the world that will know if you make a mistake. No one knows what you are gonna say and no one will check your facts. There is nothing to worry about.

Or---You can imagine that you are the only person in the room of any importance and those you are addressing are beneath you in every way, shape, and form.

Either way - have some confidence and you'll do fine

You're not alone - people fear public speaking more than they fear death.
First, make sure you know your material. Get comfortable with it, understand it.
Have simple notes in front of you that you can refer to, but don't write out every single word (if you miss one, you'll be more likely to think you're messing up and panic).
Second, pretend that everyone is ignoring you, asleep, obsessing about their own presentation, daydreaming... if they're not paying any attention to you, they won't notice or care if you mess up.
Instead, imagine your mom or best friend is sitting in the very back of the room. They don't know anything about the material, so they won't know if you mess up, and even if you did, they will still think you're the greatest. Aim your voice and attention at them.
Finally, take a deep breath and go slow. You'll be fine. =)

Bullhorns are cheap to rent at your local construction rental facility. Plus it would be a great icebreaker. Plus you would have split their eardrums so they won't be able to hear you anyway.
Seriously, just imagine that they are all as scared as you are little bear, you just have to learn how to use those claws. So turn around and scratch your nails down the chalkboard before your speech until they all scream. Then proceed to tell them that what you just did is not an ideal style of diplomacy in geopolitics. But sometimes it's necessary.

Give it your best shot. Sometimes it helps to pretend you are someone else giving a report.
