retake courses you got Cs in and try to raise your GPA to at least a 3.0. A competitive GPA is 3.5. Take the pharmacy prereqs. You'll have to take the PCAT. It's a half day exam with sections in Biology, Chemistry, math, reading, verbal reasoning, and writing. With such a low GPA, you'll need a bachelors and perhaps a masters to get in.
Get Pharmacy experience either by working in a pharmacy or by volunteering.
Good luck.

Rutgers University is very good one for accounting majors!

You need to look at the admissions requirements for the specific pharmacy program you want to attend. The best way to raise your GPA is to repeat classes (but first, look at your college's repeat policy).
