I graduated from the University of Economics this year, but I am not brilliant with numbers. How do you think can I do well in GMAT? How much time does it normally take to prepare for the test?
Are there any preparation classes in the USA for GMAT, how much do they cost. Thanks.

I need help trying to memorize these sheets. Does any one have any suggestions. I have another test on Monday, I can't afford to fail this class. Your HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!! The Balance Sheet, Income Statement, statement of Owners Equity, and the Trail Balance. I believe I have a good gripp on the trial balance sheet, but any advice is welcome.

got a job offer for 60K/yr as a logistics analyst in south NJ for Sony. I had been laid off 6 mos. back, but after looking for work for a while I kinda gave up and got myself admitted into the Masters in Accounting program at UT Austin. Now after 1 month into my new program one of the companies I had interviewed 40 days back finally offerre me 60K for a job. I really like Austin and and doing OK in the accounting program. I feel that if I was in a finance/ accounting to begin with I wouldnt have to wait for so long to get another job. SO what do you all think...should I continue in the accounting masters or take up the job? I have substantial scholarships for the MAcc program plus its Austin, so thats a big draw. On the other hand the salary is 60K. WHich would be better in the long run?

P.S. I was terminated from my last consulting job working for a tiny company after just 2 mos.

This question is for my daughter who took a year off from college after High School but now wants to find a school she can go to THIS fall. She has a pretty good school record and SAT scores, and is looking for a Liberal Arts school in a major city or maybe the midwest. She is interested in spanish, film, photography and social sciences.
I know some schools have rolling admissions as one of her friends got into a school in Omaha this way recently. Please only answer if you have REAL answers such as actual college names or places where I can find the information easily. Please do not type answers like "do a seach on google". :) Thanks.

Hi,
I am a student at the a local community college for the time being. My GPA in high school was't that great. I think it was a 2.0. My current GPA is 3.5. I am going to transfer to a university. I need to know which GPA is the college going to look at? When i took my SATs in high school, the score was average.I am retaking my SATs so that i can get into a good university. If they are going to look at both GPAs can someone give me the combined gpa? I am only 19 at the moment and have a whole lot ahead of me. I would really appreciate the help. Thank You!
