Down here in the South we call Armadillo, Possum on the half shell!!! So therefore, if in reality, it is a possum with a shell, then I would have to say that it tastes like possum, or like they say in all other parts of the world, O'Possum. So now you are going to ask what Possum tastes like, well it tastes like chicken, There.. Now go figure!!!
