I have the opportunity for my employer to pay for my education towards a Masters degree in Geomorphology. I don't know where to start in finding a suitable program.

University of California, Berkeley

University of Washington / Quaternary Research Center

There are many other programs with strengths in Geomorphology

Here's my best suggestion, though:
The GSA (Geological Society of America) is having its annual meeting in Philadelphia on October 22-25. They will be holding a graduate school information forum in the exhibit hall. Representatives from LOTS of grad programs will be there. If at all possible, you should check it out.
