You could sell them in the ways suggested above or donate them to somewhere like your local Friends of The Library organization, many have booksales and they may be what someone else is looking for. If they are still being used and you are still near or in contact with the school where they were used another student would like it at a cheaper price than new (put a note up on campus). You can also contact instructors who can pitch it in their classrooms (I have done that and it worked).

Sell them, of course, but I'm sure you could have figured that out on your own. If it's something you want to keep, find a place that's out of the way but organized so you can reference them later. Or if you're afraid selling them on Ebay won't make good use out of them, sell them to someone who is starting a career in that field that needs the reference.

Take them back to the college book store. They may have a buy back book program to resell to students at a reduced rate. Put a sign up on campus that you have these books. Keep them yourself for future reference in your career.

definitely sell them on amazon. dont sell them back to the school. for example, i bought a 90$ book on amazon that would have cost 130$ at my school. the school would have bought it back for 40 bucks, but i sold it for 80 on amazon. the school bookstores are such ripoffs

maybe you can sell it in a second hand store, or make a public ad/poster in campus for students who might be interested in buying the books you don't need :-)

Hmmmm...textbooks, classes, been so long ...let me think...have you tried reading them? Or are you done with the classes.
If you're done, keep them, you may need to refresh your memory once in a while. If you're in class, and don't know what to do, I'm not sure......

My suggestion to you is to go to freecycle.org, join the Yahoo group there and offer your textbooks for someone else to use. Whoever answers your ad will be glad to have them.
