I'm sorry to burst your bubble but you can't always get what you want. I wish I could find someone to give me a whole bunch of money but given the odds of actually receiving aid, my time and efforts would be better spent trying to win the lottery. I don't have any money to give you since I have my own university education to worry about. But I do hope you'll be able to get the money fulfill your dreams and go to a good college. While I can't help you and I seriously doubt anyone on Yahoo Answers will, you must never lose hope.
