I know it's spelled with the letter C, the letter U, and the letter M but it won't let me type that, of course.

I'm 24 years old. Just recently, I've decided to change my major to Information Technology. I've heard that Southeastern Louisiana (4 year institution) has a great IT program. However, that'll extend my program to 2 more years.

Now, University of Phoenix allows me to earn my B.S degree in 2 years. Do you feel that this is credible and will benefit me at all? I know someone who's getting their Bachelor's from Phoenix, but I know that most employers don't receive degrees from Phoenix (online) as they will from a 4 year institution. How would you feel if you had to choose between the 2 colleges?

I applied and was admitted to UT AUSTIN but this year, (senior year) i have been slacking off and my semester average is now a 3.0. Last time I checked, my GPA was a 3.85. how much will the 3 average affect my 3.8? I heard UT has the option of revoking admission decisions if your GPA drops too low...should I be panicking right about now?

The school I attend doesn't have a category for behavioral science classes, but I'm supposed to take so many credit hours of "behavioral science" for my major...lol. Can anyone give me some basic behavioral science elective examples? Thanks!

Here is the second one. All I need to know are the variables that need to be assigned and the linear equations that need to be used. I also need the function. I can solve maximum and minimum by myself:
Juan makes two types of wood clocks to sell at local stores. it takes him 2 hours to assemble a pine clock, which requires 1 ounce of varnish. It also takes 2 hours to assemble an oak clock, which takes 4 ounces of varnish. Juan has 16 ounces of varnish in stock, and he can work 20 hours. If he makes $3 profit on each pine clock and $4 on each oak clock, how many of each type should he make to maximize his profit?

I failed a math quiz, and i just found out today. It only had 7 questions. I have failed one last time too, and my parents were mad at me, and this was supposed to be my breakthrough.

I live in Ireland and I would eventually like to teach English as a foreign language in France or possibly Poland, I want to take a course but I don't have a degree. I'm a 27 year-old full-time college student in CA. Needless to say, at my age, I don't receive financial assistance from my parents. I have been seeking employment, but have found it to be very difficult to get hired whle attending school. I have qualified for grants, but will not receive them until the Fall 2008 semester. I'm crossing my fingers that I'll be able to get a job on campus next semester, but if not, what should I do? With rent, cell phone, gas prices, health insurance, auto insurance, etc, I'm barely hanging onto what's left of my savings. Should I take out a student loan? I am very terrified of math. During math tests i freeze up like an ice cube. I'm scared to turn in my work to the teacher. That explains why I have three missing assignements. I do want to go to Med School, and I know I need at least a 3.5 to be competitive in the application process. I really would like to hear some words of advice. I know a 3.0 is ok for freshman year, but what tips do you have for next semester on getting my grades higher. Better studying tips and so on.
