Education & Reference - 6 July 2007

i've finished 3 & 1/2 yrs of bachelor of pharacy in india and now i'm here in USA. i'm just 6 months aways from my bachelor's degree, so should i go back to india and get my degree and come back here?????? and how many years will it take to get a degree here in USA afterward.


OR


should i start over and try to get my bachelor degree in USA? if i do this then how many years will it take???


Which is easier and faster for me???? i know that ece.org decided how many credits to give me, but i need to know right now and ece will take long time


i need to know the info now cuz if i'm gonna have to end up going to india to get my bachelor's degree than the test starts in august so i have to go there fast. i did go to uic to ask about this but they said to get my credit evaluated (which is gonna take no less then 3 weeks)

Hi I am Kevin and i m an international student and I just finished Junior year without being that serious and got a 1.78 junior year gpa.
What do I do? My Gpa is too low. If I get good grades on SAT...will it help???
plz don't misunderstand- I have the potential to get more than 80% but I never worked hard in junior year and thus I have suffered. Can anyone give some good advice about how to get nto a great college. I start senior year in September
i have done extracurricul such as being a M.U.N delegate and attending a conference, won community service award and won a speech award..all in Junior yearwhat r my options..how do i correct this durring my summer before senior year

Hello,

I've missed the application (decided to) of the FALL Semester in US..Canada.

Now my only choice is to get into the SPRING (Winter) Semester.


Btw I had asked a question before.. but that was wrong ..Sorry.. I meant Spring Semester ( the one that starts in around Jan~Feb )



I wanna know, for me (an international student) is there any disadvantages of getting in the SPRING Semester?

What are all the - and + points that an international Student for Undergraduate ?

Im an Accounting major at Johnson and wales university, at the end of this year I will have earned an Associates degree.

I need to find a place to transfer to, preferably out of this state with a good financial aid program.

Anyway, I heard its hard for JWU credits to transfer, would an Associates degree make it easier?

My SAT's scores are

Reading 412
Math 450
Essay 396

I don't know what that means, is that bad, is there a chance to take it again to get a better score.

I need to get out of this school!!!!!!!!

i mean, i know it all depends on family circumstances and how the child feels and such,but, i love them and, my parents think they are cracker jack!!! i've heard recently that the government is trying to shut them down--which i'm not surprised by in the least { being that more and more people are going with home schooling!!!} but, my kids have never been happier!!! the ridiculous thing is that we are a low-income family, and, even though my kids receive free lunches, and we are on food stamps, the schools still make us pay school fees every year for 3 children!! in home schooling, you get a free computer,{ for each child!!} and they pay you for the phone line!!!! i mean, what would you go with???

I received my sons school report today and I am concerned that my son has fallen behind. Most of the subjects are ticked either Not yet able or Developing skills. This makes me think he is not at the level he should be. However when I have been to the parent-teacher evenings and asked at what level he is working the teacher will only say he is in line with the national curriculum. I know he is easily distracted at school and does not complete all the work set for him and have raised the subject with the teacher but I feel nothing is being done. I know they can't concentrate on him soley but feel they just leave him to sit at the table and get on with it knowing that at the end of the lesson he will have done no more than write his name, date and a couple of lines.
are there any primary school teachers who can explain the school report and tell me whether my concerns are justified
