I am a junior in high school and I am having trouble on what to major in college. I've had an interest in architecture since I was about 10 years old and tried my best to improve my math and science skills(improved greatly to A's and B's). Now in high school I have taken a Drafting/CAD course and I am planning to take Precalculus and Physics. Although my school counsler recently told me that it is going to be difficult for me to major in architecture because I have not taken any art classes. This made me think of other careers, I thought of computer engineering because of my skills with computers (also taking a computer engineering class). This has made me very confused on my future.

Can someone please help me on what career to choose or reply with other careers that would fit me best.

P.S- Computer graphics, engineering, and architecture is something that really fascinates me, so a career involved with this would be great

Since i was a little kid ive wanted to be a doctor...but hearing all the stories of how many people are rejected from universities kind of freaked me out abit..

Im taking maths, physics, biology and chemistry for A level...but is there anything else other people have done in my situation to make them more likely to get a place at a decent university?

Thanks for your time! =)

The school principal openly told me and my parents that my english teacher is going to be fired. It is only her first year here and she keeps making references that she is going to be there next year. Is it inappropriate to tell her that she will be fired? She is young and she can come down on the same level as us 11th graders. I am the only one who knows besides the couple people I told.

If I want to get into the physician assistant program (at the University of Colorado @Denver), I need a baccalaureates degree.

That same school (University of Colorado @Denver) offers a baccalaureates degree.

Are my chances higher with a BS degree of them?

UIS (University of Illinois)

Please answer if you know alot about these questions. If not, thanks but I don't need the answers.

Furthermore do not think I'm rude because I'm far from that, sometimes you do have to be alittle bit because of some immature kids on here. =)

Thanks in Advance.

PS - I want to become a RN.

I'm an American undergrad student and was considering going to the UK to get a Masters of Law instead of going to law school here in the US. After having done a little research, I've found that the average salary for an entry level solicitor in the UK is about 25,000 pounds. My question is what kind of life style will that translate to in the UK.

I've got a joint savings account with my fiance where I've been making consistent deposits. She's listed on the account with me, and she'll be attending grad school in the fall. What impact will the joint account (and it's underlying assets) have on her FAFSA application? She'll be filing the FAFSA as a single, independent, as we'll be married after the FAFSA is due and after her schooling has begun.

As my income is substantially higher than hers, we're trying to qualify for the maximum amount of aid in year 1 to help offset no expected aid in years 2-4. What can we do to receive the most favorable award while still doing things on the up and up?
