Yes, in my Univeristy they have a "Personal Finance" class and "Economics" both of these classes teach exactly what you want to learn. I learned a lot, and am proud I took it because I now understand finances better and can take care of myself.
Check your class schedule for these classes or ask a counselor. These are real good classes for everyone going to college.
