after a lot of planning, i've finally com with a plan for my gap year
please tell me if it is a good idea or not

im planning to do a 6 month drama foundation course before travelling.
then i plan to travel for 5 to 6 months around the world, perhaps Australia and then spain, italy, france, and switzerland.

sounds like an excellent idea - a good balance of study and adventure - something for both the long and short term - have a fab time doing it all

You could easily spend the whole six months in Australia. If I were you, I'd go over to New Zealand whilst you were in that part of the world. Beautiful scenery and great adventure sports! You've not lived until you've jumped out of a perfect good plane!

Whats the point of taking a year out of education to spend six months in education.

Get a job working with animals or deprived/vulnerable people, much more satisfying. The travelling sounds good but i'd take in Scandinavian countries if I could.

very good to do the drama first then the travelling so the travelling will be well relaxed.also think about youth hostels abroad cheap way to get around

Wow, that must have taken alot of planning. Make sure you save enough money to do this is my only advice!
