Is there a meaning for dots after a sentence? For example i recieved a msg saying Thank you... What does the three dots means???

my son is 13 and diagnosised with autism and mild to moderate mental retardation. He is now is starting to get.......curious, for lack of a better word. His level of understanding is hard to determine. How do i explain to him what is happening? He gets freaked out when he wakes in the morning and has an erection that won't go away. I've tried to explain what is "right and wrong" when it comes to boundries with girls but he doesn't fully understand. I panic everytime he's around a girl. He keeps asking to see there belly and then asks for a hug. (Not Good) I don't know what to do or say! Help me please and suggestions or advise would help me greatly!! Thanks in advance.

I've done tons of other good things (i finished my science requirements).
-Drama
-I've started a club
-I have a 4.0 GPA (sophomore)
-I am taking all advanced classes
-I took Film History and theater at a college (summer) for credits
-I am on Varsity tennis (since Freshman year)
-Choir
-TONS of clubs
-I have already gotten a commercial on the air (seriously!)
-Cinematography at school
-Already in AP Spanish
-Will have taken 13 AP classes by the end of High school
-I am terrible at AP chem and i am not happy with my teacher
-I already have a great portfolio going to send to schools
-I am great at English
-I have taken and will take many writing classes

I am not talking about "can you help me on this problem", "what is the defination of this word", or "explain this concept to me."

I am talking about things like "can someone PLEASE put this paragraph in YOUR OWN WORDS?"

I am asking because I answered the question above with "Do your own homework!!!!"

My answer was deleted and received a silly violation notice.

I am sure when the teacher assigned the homework, she meant for the STUDENT to do the homework--not the Yahoo Answers Community.
